I’ve known the Porterfield family for years so I was thrilled when Marcie reached out to schedule Anne Shelton’s senior photo shoot! We decided to do a Wrightsville Beach shoot and I’m so thankful they made the trip! I LOVE how Anne Shelton’s gallery turned out!

We started the shoot at the Arboretum and we had so much fun walking around the beautiful garden taking pictures. The colorful roses were in bloom and there were signs of spring all around us. Anne Shelton was a blast to photograph and her energy, BEAUTY, and joy are evident in every image!

After the gardens we headed to Wrightsville Beach where we hit a few of my favorite walls, trails, dunes, and the beautiful pristine beach. It was overcast that day which made for the most beautiful lighting.

Anne Shelton is headed to the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill this fall! Anne Shelton… I’m so proud of you! There is no doubt in my mind you are going to do AMAZING things! Congratulations! I can’t wait to watch you soar!
