Ellie Crowther you are a REMARKABLE young woman!
Paige and I have known each other for years so when she called to schedule a senior photo shoot for her daughter Ellie, I was SO excited! Paige is a lover of fashion and flowers so I knew with her style and artistic touch this would be an epic shoot… and it was!
Paige and Ellie decided they wanted the shoot to take place at Airlie Gardens which is hands down one of my favorite places to take pictures. Airlie Gardens is truly a magical place that provides an incredible backdrop for pictures. It has large old oak trees with moss dripping from branches and beautifully landscaped gardens.
Ellie first had her hair and makeup done by the talented Kelley Jefferson. Kelley works in the movie and TV industry and has a long list of Hollywood clientele so she really knows how to take a photo shoot to the next level.
Paige reserved the gardens for a 2 hour shoot and we had a lot of ground to cover so we got right to work. We had so much fun walking the grounds and I enjoyed Paige and Ellie’s comments on how lovely the gardens are. The weather was warm, the birds where singing, and the tulips were in bloom. It was truly a picture perfect day!
Ellie is absolutely breathtakingly beautiful and is the sweetest, most genuine young lady! Ellie was a breeze to photograph and I kept telling her… “I feel as if you are in a pastel painting.”
We ran out of time at the gardens because it was closing so we moved the shoot to Wrightsville Beach. I feel so blessed to have been able to photograph this beauty at my top two favorite places. It was truly a FABULOUS day!
Ellie…thank you for making the trip to Wilmington so I could take your senior pictures! Also, a big CONGRATULATIONS on your acceptance to North Carolina State University! GO WOLFPACK! You are going to do amazing things I just know it!
