This is a tough and exciting post for me and honestly I don’t even know where to start. There are so many different directions I can take this and I’m really not sure which way to go!

So…I’ll start at the beginning. I have known Henry since the day he was born. Marguerite and I are close friends and we depended on each other a lot when our kids were little. Henry and my son Dalton have been best friends since they were babies. Despite us moving to the beach, Henry and Dalton have remained close and for that I’m forever grateful.

I have so many funny stories that I could share of the boys but one of my favorite memories was when they were little…Hillbilly Hand Fishing! This was a popular TV show at the time so Dalton and Henry decided to recreate the show by reaching into Dalton’s fish tank and catching the goldfish by hand. They would raise the fish up in their tiny little hands as if they had won a gold medal! Oh… the messes these boys made and the fun they had! No fish were harmed…maybe traumatized, but not harmed 🙂

Henry you are truly a remarkable young man! I’m so proud of you and all that you have accomplished! You are a talented musician, an amazing and loyal friend, you have a big heart, are incredibly handsome, and just an all around AWESOME young man! When you set your mind to do something, you take it all the way. Never lose that drive and determination! I’m so proud of you and the young man that you have become!

I will always have Eggo Chocolate Chip Waffles in my freezer for you Henry!
