Lily Gray you are a REMARKABLE young woman!
Julie reached out to me several months ago to schedule a senior photo shoot for her daughter Lily Gray. I was thrilled when I heard that Lily Gray wanted her photo shoot to take place at Masonboro Island! Masonboro is truly one of my favorite places to take pictures. The dreamy landscape creates a beautiful backdrop and I had the most lovely subject to photograph.
First, Lily Gray had her hair and makeup done by the talented Kelley Jefferson. Lily Gray is more of a natural beauty so Kelley did an amazing job of keeping it light.
We met at the marina jumped on the boat and headed over to Masonboro Island. It was a glorious afternoon and we had the entire island to ourselves. It was truly a picture perfect day! We had so much fun walking through the trails and along the beautiful white sandy beach. It was as if Lily Gray had her own private island to be free and to enjoy. When I was photographing her, I thought to myself… this beautiful young lady has no clue as to just how amazing she really is.
Lily Gray recently graduated from Broughton High School in Raleigh and will be attending The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in the fall. Lily Gray… all of your hard work and determination has paid off. I’m so EXCITED for you and your incredibly bright future!
